At Southbridge Nursing Home, Owen Sound on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 in his 82nd year. Bob, loving husband of the late Muriel (nee Boyes). Loving “Dad” of Paul Heels and his wife Maureen, Patricia Thiessen, Bev Dodd and her husband Phil, and Barbara Perron and her husband Richard. Proud Grandpa of Cory, Jordan, Jessica (Stephen), Danielle, Matthew, Marissa (Cody), Andrew (Ariana), Byron (Sara), Calvin (Sonia), and Sara (Eric). Great Grandpa of Alexis (Cam), Cole, Alice, Jaxton, Adrian, and Eliana.

Bob was a proud member of the Owen Sound music community in his earlier days, performing with the “Four Folk” on drums and sharing his talent across the region. His contributions were later honoured with his induction into the Grey Bruce Music Hall of Fame.

Friends will be received on Monday, December 22, 2025 from 12:00 pm until the time of the Celebration of Life service at 1:00 pm at the Brown Family Funeral Home, 1 – 900 10th Street, West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710.
