Passed to our Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Copernicus Lodge Long Term Care, Toronto in his 100th year. He is reunited with his beloved wife, the late Anele(nee Bernans, 2012). Loving father of Helen of B.C., Sabina Eaton of Brampton and Roman(Laurie) of Toronto. Dear grandfather of Christine Brophy, Avril Brophy, Emily(Alex) Meliton, Melissa Eaton(Milan), Lauren, Michael and Joseph Jozwik and the late Michael Brophy. Proud great grandfather of Nolan and Jayden.
He is predeceased by his parents Paul & Maria, and two brothers John and Chester. He will be missed by nieces and nephews.
Mass of christian burial will take place on Monday, April 28 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 85 Toronto Street South, Markdale, at 11:00am. Interment at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Glenelg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church or Copernicus Lodge Long Term Care would be greatly appreciated.
