June 7, 1931 – May 31, 2021
With great sadness the family of Johan Koning announce his passing at Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound at age 89. He is survived by his dear and beloved wife of 67 years, Neeltje, and his loving daughters Heleentje, Johanna, Henriette, and Erna. Cherished grandfather of Hannah, Patrick, Lara, Daniel, Emily, and Meghan. Predeceased by his much loved daughter Ellie.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth. A private family funeral service, officiated by Rev. Ted Creen, will be held on Thursday June 3, 2021. Interment at McLeans Cemetery, Bognor. If desired, memorial donations to the Grey Bruce Health Centre Cardiac Unit would be appreciated by the family.
