Peacefully at Gateway Haven Nursing Home on Friday, May 15, 2026. Hugh Stott of Wiarton in his 90th year.

Beloved husband of Catherine ‘Kate’ Stott (nee Liverance).Cherished father of Earl, Murray, Sheldon (Sue), Gerald (Leaonda) and Ken (Laurie). Much loved grandfather of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Melba Miller and brother-in-law of Gwen Stott.

Predeceased by parents Margaret (nee Lobban) and Samuel Stott, son Keith Stott, daughter-in-law Debbie, brothers Gordon Stott (Violet), Frank Stott and Glenn Stott (Ruth), and sisters Mildred Cook (Robert), Leola Keeling (Cecil), Joyce Hillinga (Henry), Wilda Stott, and Thelma Stott.

Family and friends are invited to share memories at the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME on Sunday, May 24, 2026 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Interment Boyd Cemtery. Expressions of remembrance to the Shallow Lake United Chuch would be appericiated.
