It is with great sadness that the family of Bob Doherty announces his passing on August 8, 2025, at Brightshores Health System – Owen Sound. Bob passed away peacefully with family by his side.
He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his wife Kathy, his children Melissa (Scott Yallop) and Ryan (Caroline Clark), and his grandchildren Zachery and Keenan, as well as numerous extended family and friends.Bob was predeceased by his parents, Stanley and Georgina, and by his siblings Tom, Bill, John, Betty, and Glen.
Bob worked at PPG until his retirement. He enjoyed watching sports and taking walks with Kathy. He also treasured the times spent with family and friends on occasional Costco runs, creating warm memories for all who knew him.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Brightshores Health System – Owen Sound for their compassionate care and kindness during this difficult time. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
