Peacefully at Brightshores Health System – Wiarton, with family by his side, on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Born in Durham on February 14, 1946, Kenneth Charles Kingwell of Kemble was in his 81st year.

Beloved husband of Lynda Kingwell (nee Nicholls) of Kemble. Loving father of Donna Marshall (Les) of Thessalon, and Colleen Daciw (A.J.) of Kemble. Cherished grandpa of Brandon. Dear brother-in-law of Sharon Kingwell, Marjorie Kingwell, Weyburne Nicholls, Brian Nicholls (Sharon), Wanda Nicholls (Bill Brown), and Marlene Carson. Ken will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Ethel Kingwell, brothers Lawrence Kingwell and Orval Kingwell, by his parents-in-law Clifford “Pat” and Verna Nicholls, brother-in-law Clary Nicholls (Wilma), and also predeceased by Arlene Kingwell.

A graveside service to celebrate Ken’s life will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, 190 1st St. SW., Owen Sound, on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., followed by reception at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th St. W., Owen Sound, 519-376-7492.
