Owen Sound’s leaf and yard waste site is temporarily closing next week.
The city issued an advisory to say the 28th Avenue East facility will be closed from Monday, Sept. 14 until Friday, Sept. 18 to allow for wood grinding.
“Changes to these hours may occur due to contractor requirements and weather,” a statement from city hall says.
The leaf and yard waste site is expected to re-open at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19.
