James (Jim) B. Witten was born Oct 4,1931 in Mt. Dennis.

He is survived by Jean, his wife of 75 years, and daughters, Cindy (Peter), Michaela, Tobi (Eddie). Predeceased by brother,

Robert. Jim spent his early years in Toronto, moving to Grey County in 1958 to become a chicken farmer and printer. He was highly skilled and versatile and capable of fixing just about anything that needed fixing. He was a hardworking man whose priority was always time with his wife and daughters. Jim was much loved by his family. 

He was freed from his “earth suit”” on July 6, 2026 to be ushered into the presence of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 10^th at 5pm at Rock Mills Fellowship Baptist Church, 314009, Side Rd 35, Flesherton, ON until the time of the funeral service at 6:30pm. All are invited to share in light refreshments and fellowship following the service.
