The Harmony Centre in Owen Sound has a family-friendly event this weekend.
On June 14, Kindred Kids Music will be presenting The Cat Came Back: Songs & Stories of Fred Penner, featuring Thom Danger Speck and his band performing many of the beloved songs families have grown up with.
Kindred Kids Music has partnered with Special Olympics Owen Sound. Local athletes will be participating in the show, helping create a celebration of music, inclusion, and community.
The event starts at 11 a.m. with the goal of the show is to be fully interactive, with children participating through singing, movement, and instruments, creating an engaging experience for both kids and the parents and grandparents.
