The Krueger Custom Steel, Owen Sound Girls Field Lacrosse, North Stars U9-2 team had a great showing on Sunday in Waterloo in their first two games of the season.
The North Stars had a decisive 10-0 win over Orillia in their first game, and then had a hard fought battle with Kawartha in their second game resulting in a 4-4 tie.
These were the first regular season games for these girls. Playing together in their first season, they showed a lot of teamwork, hustle and determination picking up the win and a tie.
