The Town of Hanover is hosting a national day of mourning.
Members of the community can join the Grey Bruce Labour Council, on Tuesday, April 28th at 11 a.m., at Heritage Square.
This day of mourning is to honour and remember the workers who have been injured, made ill, or lost their lives due to hazardous working conditions.
In their memory, the Town of Hanover will have the flags at the Civic Center flown at half-mast.
There are also ceremonies planned in Chesley and at Bruce Power.
