The Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre is inviting the public to share ideas and feedback as it develops a new strategic plan for the future.
The museum has launched a survey to help guide priorities from 2027 to 2030. Officials say the plan will focus on ensuring programs, services, and resources continue to reflect community needs while supporting tourism and providing value to Bruce County residents.
Museum Director Cathy McGirr says community feedback is an important part of helping museum services adapt and remain relevant.
The survey asks for input on museum programming and events, educational opportunities, facility rentals, and the care of archives and collections. Responses will also help shape future partnerships, community involvement, and long-term sustainability.
The museum says Bruce County has seen significant growth and increasing diversity since its last strategic plan was created, while the cultural and tourism sectors continue to evolve.
The survey isĀ available online, with printed copies available at the museum or by calling 519-797-2080.
Participants can enter a draw for one of three $50 gift certificates to Mill Creek Chocolates.
The survey closes Friday, May 8. More information is available at brucemuseum.ca.
