There’s a public meeting tonight at Saugeen Shores Council Chambers in the Plex in Port Elgin.
It’s about a proposed zoning change to allow for a proposed mixed use development of 33 single detached lots, 18 townhouse lots, and a commercial block as well as some open space.
The land is along the west side of Highway 21 in Southampton south of the Touchless Car Wash and roughly north of Square Deal Neil’s, roughly between Adelaide and Peel streets.
The meeting is at 6:30 tonight.
