Peacefully at Chapman House Residential Hospice in Owen Sound with her loving family by her side the evening of October 23, 2025. Mary Lynne Robins (nee Coleman) of Sauble Beach in her 88th year.
Predeceased by her loving husband Elgin Robins. Loving mother of Teresa Houle (Wayne) of Stratford, Dale (Gayle) of Stratford, Tony (Susan) of Southampton, David (Jennifer) of Elliot Lake, Susan MacDonald of Vancouver, Darrin (April) of Elliot Lake, Jeffrey (Kim) of Balmy Beach and Todd (Renee) of Clavering. Lovingly remembered by her 14 grandchildren – Dwayne, Lonnie, Krista, Scott, JD, Shannon, Jessica, Morgan, Zachary, Alexis, Andrew, Bryce, Aislyn and Kylan and 8 great grandchildren. Predeceased by grandchildren Brylea and Matthew.
Dear sister of James Coleman (Denise), Carol Coleman (son Shawn). Predeceased by her sister Karen Coleman and parents Eunice and Capt. James Coleman. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Mary Lynne was a member of the St. Andrews United Church, Hepworth for many years and volunteered at many fundraisers for the Church. She was a member of The Order of Eastern Star. She loved to read, garden and her dog Lizzie and cat Frankie Blue Eyes. She will be dearly missed and there will not be a day that goes by that she won’t be thought of. She loved to cook, bake and make bread for her very large family. She was happiest when she had her family surrounding her with love and laughter.
The funeral service will be conducted at the Sauble Beach United Church on Wednesday, October 29th at 1:00 p.m. with visitation 2 hours prior to the service. Interment Zion Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth.
