Grey Bruce OPP say a West Grey man is facing several charges following a break and enter in Southgate.
Police say during the early morning hours on June 5, a break and enter occurred at a restaurant on highway 6 in Southgate.
The suspect entered the business and stole and damaged property before fleeing the scene.
Police say they were contacted later that day when the business opened and the incident was discovered.
After working with West Grey Police, investigators were able to identify a suspect linked to a second break and enter in West Grey which occurred shortly after the one in Southgate.
OPP say West Grey Police located and arrested the suspect on June 10.
As a result, the 37-year-old was charged with breaking and entering, theft under $5,000, mischief under $5,000, disguise with intent, possession of break-in instruments, and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
The accused is being held in custody and is set to appear in court in Owen Sound later this month.
