Saugeen Shores Police say a resident is facing multiple charges following the execution of a search warrant.
Police say on March 22, the Criminal Investigation Branch, along with uniform members, executed a search warrant at a residence on Arlington Street.
Police say as a result, a 38-year-old man of Saugeen Shores has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a prohibited device, possession of weapons for a dangerous purpose, possession of property obtained by crime, and failing to comply with a release order.
The accused was held at the police station pending a bail hearing, and was subsequently remanded into custody, police add.
Police say a female who was also located in the residence was arrested and charged as well with possession of a substance and was released with a future court date.
Police add the accused is the same man who was previously arrested in early 2022 and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and three counts of trafficking a controlled substance. He was held for a bail at that time and was released by early February with a release order including several conditions.
