OPP say Grey Bruce Line is closed between Concession 4 Elderslie and Concession 6 Elderslie north of Chesley for a collision investigation.
Police are advising drivers to avoid the area.
The closure has been in place since roughly 1:45 p.m. Thursday.
OPP have not yet released further information.
