The annual IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s will take place in Hanover, Kincardine, Meaford, Owen Sound and Saugeen Shores on Saturday, May 30.
The Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce supports more than 1,100 families living with dementia and their caregivers.
Its goal is to raise $100,000 to help pay for counselling, education, and social and recreational programs.
More than 750,000 Canadians are living with dementia, and that number is expected to reach one million by 2030.
In 2025, the walk raised $7.2 million nationally. Since 2015, it has raised more than $60 million.
