Police say a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and a 45-day vehicle impoundment were also imposed.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on June 11th, 2026.
The OPP continue to remind the public to report suspected impaired drivers by calling 911 in emergencies or 1-888-310-1122 for non-emergency traffic complaints.
