The Huron Detachment of the OPP is advising the public of an armed individual at large in Huron County.
On April 2, 2026, at approximately 11:00 a.m., police received a report of two individuals that appeared to be unconscious in a vehicle, who fled after first responders arrived on scene near Main Street South and Wellington Street East in Exeter.
The fleeing suspects then approached an individual, brandished a firearm, and stole their vehicle.
Police took one person into custody in South Huron without incident however the second suspect fled from the area.
The remaining suspect approached a second victim, stole a second vehicle in South Huron and fled.
Police are seeking Kent Wall, 38-years-old of South Bruce Township. He is described as:
· A white male with a medium build
· Approximately 64 kilograms (141 pounds)
· Blue eyes
· Brown hair
· Pierced left ear
· 180 centimetres (5’9″) in height.
· Tattoos: AR-15 rifle with an Anarchy symbol on his left arm.
This individual is believed to be driving a white Dodge Ram pickup truck with Ontario licence plate 7714FX. The individual is believed to be travelling between Wingham and Clinton and may be in the Belgrave area.
Members of the public are asked not to approach the vehicle or the individual. If you see this vehicle or have any information on its location, call 9-1-1 immediately. Anyone with additional information that can assist investigators is asked to call police at 1-888-310-1122.
