The owners of the former Talisman resort property in the Beaver Valley are planning to build a $400 million Nordic spa, hotel and condo development.
Brian Ellis, one of the developers of the proposed Talisman project was a guest recently on Home Base with Brandon Vanderschot on 560 CFOS.
Brian Ellis offered an update on what the project entails and where they are in terms of progressing.
Ellis and partner Phil Calvano own the skill hills and the resort buildings, and have been working on a plan to develop the site for most of the last decade.
